Our client, one of the largest insurance and financial services providers in South Africa, is looking for a skilled Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team. The client’s diverse portfolio spans retail and institutional businesses, including asset managers, collective investment scheme managers, and local and offshore wealth platforms.
Key Responsibilities Contractual Support & Product Development Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of legal documents including investment management agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), LISP SLAs, client-facing documents, product terms, marketing material, and data agreements.
