Job Description
• Draft and review settlement documents, contracts, and agreements. Provide legal advice on various legal matters and Research legal
• Prepare applications and supporting documents for business licenses and permits as well as register corporate changes, such as capital adjustments and shareholder registration, etc.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards, policies, and corporate governance requirements, including such as support employee compliance training, preparing documents for audits, and assisting with compliance monitoring
• Support corporate planning activities including: document preparation, basic data collection, meeting coordination, and assistance with Business Unit project administrative tasks
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the superiors
