- Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of corporate documents
- Administer and maintain the database and trackers of legal documents and ensure document organization
- Collaborate with other departments and external parties where necessary

Requirements
- At least 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department of a conglomerate or multinational company
- Background in contract management and corporate documents filing is a plus
