Supporting a team in the Insurance Litigation department. Paperless office, hands on role, working for a mid tier Brisbane CBD Law Firm.
The role
As a Legal Assistant, you will be supporting the Insurance Litigation department.
Duties include -
- preparation of court documents, list of documents and correspondence,
- actioning instructions from authors
- preparation of Medicare forms and conference forms,
- organising medico legal appointments, brief preparation, trial preparation, Disclosure of documents and general admin duties.
You
You will have a minimum 1 year legal assistant experience. Some experience in Insurance Litigation and/or Litigation is also essential.
The Law Firm / Salary
Boutique mid tier Brisbane CBD law firm of 40 staff. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $60,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation).
