Responsibilities
- Draft correspondence, costs agreements and costs disclosures.
- Prepare court documents and other related documents and forms, such as by‑laws and sales contracts.
- File court documents.
- Liaise directly with clients, court registries, LPI and other parties.
- Dictaphone typing.
- Maintain files and the database, updating spreadsheets.
- Open and close files.
- Assist a team of four or more litigation lawyers.
