Role: Techno Legal Assistant (Intellectual Property Associate)
Location: PAN India
Exp Range: 2 - 5 Yrs
Qualification ; Graduation in Technical Degree (B. Tech, B.Sc.) and LLB
Must Have:
Graduation Degree (B. Tech, B.Sc.) and LLB
- 2 to 5 Years of experience of hands on of multiple databases to perform diverse patent search
- Ability to create search strategy for performing search
- Familiarity in working with Open-Source Tools.
- Ability to assess IP risk and opportunity with cross-functional teams
Roles & Responsibility:
- Conducting prior art searches on paid and free Databases
- Collaborating with teams to assess IP risk and opportunities associated with products and technologies
