Job Description
Real Estate Legal Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including:
- Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and Off-Plan Addendums.
- Development Management Agreements.
- Facility Management Agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end legal process for property acquisitions and disposals.
- Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on real estate matters.
- Liaise with the Dubai & Abu Dhabi Municipalities, the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities (DPM), and other relevant government authorities.
Due Diligence and Compliance
- Conduct thorough legal due diligence on properties, including title checks, encumbrances, and regulatory approvals.
