Job Description
-Handle subsale, developer projects, loan, and tenancy documentation.
-Draft, review, and advise on Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan agreements, transfer documents, and related conveyancing matters.
-Liaise with clients, banks, developers, government authorities, and other solicitors.
-Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions when required.
-Monitor and manage conveyancing files from commencement to completion.
-Ensure compliance with legal requirements, firm policies, and regulatory standards.
