JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for monitoring and performing all legal affairs activities within the assigned area of expertise. The main responsibility is to do everything within the scope of power to keep J&T Express operations out of legal trouble.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a principal liaison with governmental and public regulatory agencies
- Interpret and apply applicable laws, regulations, and public governance policies
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory filings, licenses, permits, and compliance reports
- Track legislative and regulatory developments and advise management on implications
- Coordinate internal compliance reviews and external audits by government bodies
- Investigate potential compliance issues and report findings to senior leadership and regulators
