Key Responsibilities- Review draft and revise contracts and legal agreements in alignment with company policies.
- Support internal teams by providing legal insights on contractual and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research related to insurance commercial law and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Assist in ensuring organizational compliance with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.
