Currently, we have an Ohio Legal Collections Attorney opportunity with our client who is a dynamic and expanding law firm dedicated to excellence in legal services. We are excited to invite passionate and motivated attorneys licensed in Kentucky, West Virginia, and/or Ohio to join our client's creditor's rights practice.
Your specific duties will include:
- Represent clients at hearings in multiple counties
- Handle large caseload
- Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Manage and coordinate with your team
