JOB DESCRIPTIONS:


  • Provide insightful legal analysis and commercially astute advice on investment and general corporate matters.
  • Monitoring incoming legislation and regulations, identifying any impact on the business and overseeing effective compliance.
  • Providing legal input into investment decisions that is timely, effective, and fit for purpose and ensuring timely implementation of new mandates.
