- Lead and oversee legal, compliance, and governance matters, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies while providing strategic legal advice to business units and senior management.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of legal documentation, including commercial contracts, financing and loan agreements, property-related documents, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
- Develop, implement, and enhance compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and monitoring programmes to strengthen risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance practices.
