Job Description
Peerpoint is A&O Shearman’s global platform for self-directed consultant lawyers who want to access the best work, clients, resources and bespoke support, whilst undertaking assignments of typically six months or more, either within A&O Shearman practice groups or directly with clients.
We are currently looking for lawyers with 4-8 years’ top-tier post-qualification experience in banking & finance, particularly in areas such as real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance and project finance.

- A retail bank looking for a 5 PQE lawyer with general lending and real estate finance experience, to support the commercial and residential property businesses;
- A private debt manager seeking a leveraged finance lawyer to support on pan-European deal work;
