Drafting and reviewing contracts for hotel property transactionsAdvising on real estate transactions, zoning and land use regulations, and potential risksNegotiating terms and conditions of real estate transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirementsManage business-critical matters such as volume lease renewals, large scale projects (e.g., Retail store upgrades), agreement amendments, asset management work, construction/professional appointment agreements and lease transactions (with a focus on lower risk deals in existing larger markets such as Greater China and Australia).This role would provide dedicated legal support to key stakeholders, ensuring timely and consistent delivery across the portfolio.Strong interpersonal skills.
