We are looking for an Insurance Lawyer who appreciates the endless possibilities that working as a freelancer can offer.
The ideal candidate will have transactional experience in the insurance sector, whether in private practice or in-house as well as:
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on contracts including insurance distribution agreements
- Advising on a broad range of insurance areas such major distribution deals, transfers of insurance business and product reviews
- Corporate M&A and/or procurement/outsourcing experience , regulatory and restructuring work in relation to the insurance sector
