Job Description
We are working with a Singapore-headquartered organisation in their search for a Legal Counsel to support its evolving legal and governance needs. This is a strategic role offering exposure to a broad spectrum of legal matters, including commercial, procurement, data protection, intellectual property, and corporate governance. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support the organization’s mission and evolving operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Contracts & Transactions: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide spectrum of commercial agreements, including licensing, services, collaboration, and confidentiality arrangements.
