Job Description
We are partnering with a high-growth, well-capitalised digital infrastructure platform with an expanding presence across APAC. As part of its continued growth, the business is looking to hire a Legal Counsel in Singapore to support the Head of Legal and the broader team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on a broad range of corporate, commercial and project-related matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements , including customer, service, and vendor contracts
- Assist with project development work , including land, construction (EPC), and infrastructure-related agreements
- Support on real estate and data centre leasing matters
- Assist with M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments where required
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, operations, finance) to provide practical legal support
