- Legal Consultation: Provide comprehensive legal advice and strategic opinions to management and business units on various issues to support business decisions.
- Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Dispute and Litigation: Manage complaints, disputes, legal claims, and litigation matters, including submissions to OCPB.
- Compliance Secretary: Oversee the company’s compliance framework, ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and applicable laws.
