Job Description
As Legal Counsel, Brazil, you will serve as the primary legal advisor for Stryker’s operations in Brazil while leading the local Legal team. In this role, you will provide practical legal guidance on complex business matters, partner with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, and help ensure business activities align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
**What You Will Do**
+ Provide legal advice to business leaders on complex commercial, regulatory, governance, compliance, and corporate matters affecting operations in Brazil.
+ Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements and strategic contracts to support business objectives and appropriate risk management.
