We are supporting an international natural resources company with operations across Africa and a London-based executive team through an exciting phase of growth.
The business is seeking a Legal Counsel to work closely with the General Counsel, covering a broad range of matters across:
• Commercial contracts and operational support;
• Corporate governance and company secretarial matters;
• Compliance and multi-jurisdictional regulation;
• Supply chain and procurement;
• Strategic projects and cross-border transactions.
We are interested in hearing from lawyers currently in leading law firms or established in-house teams, ideally with experience in the mining, energy or broader industrial sectors.
You will have the ability to work autonomously from day one and the confidence to engage with a broad stakeholder base across multiple jurisdictions.
