Legal Counsel (Construction)

Exciting opportunity to join a robust in-house legal team, focusing on construction related work. This is a mid level role suited for someone looking to make their first move in-house or wanting to make a positive change within legal ecosystem.

• As part of ongoing corporate transactions, you will play a critical role reviewing and negotiating construction-related contracts. As this organization participates in substantial projects and tenders, you will utilize your construction expertise to advise the business on potential liabilities and dispute risk etc.

• You possess a LLB and qualified to the SG Bar, with at least 5PQE. Those with construction and/infrastructure experience in the legal domain would be high favored for this role. Disputes background within the construction sector would also be helpful.
