Our client is a well-established multinational organisation with operations across the U.K. and Asia. As part of its continued growth, it is seeking a Legal Counsel to support a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters while partnering closely with business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will negotiate, draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, procurement contracts, maintenance and repair agreements, joint venture contracts, financing documents, construction agreements and licences. You will advise on compliance matters such as anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions and export controls, support corporate governance activities including board and shareholder resolutions, minutes and corporate secretarial documentation, and liaise with external corporate secretarial providers.
