Colas Rail Egypt is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to its operational departments in the railway sector, including the construction and maintenance of railroad lines and metro systems. The role involves analyzing legal documentation for public tenders, drafting and negotiating contracts, and offering day-to-day legal advice on various aspects of Egyptian law. The Legal Counsel will also support HR on labor issues, coordinate compliance programs, and manage litigation strategies in collaboration with local and international teams.
