As the business continues to expand, they are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to support corporate, transactional and commercial legal matters across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on M&A transactions, investments, divestments, joint ventures and strategic partnerships across Asia Pacific.
- Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, investment agreements and related ancillary documents.
