THE ROLE
Legal Counsel, reporting directly to the General Counsel. This is the company's first dedicated legal hire and a broad, hands-on position covering commercial, regulatory, corporate and transactional matters across a growing multi-market portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across the business: colocation agreements, EPC and construction contracts, supply arrangements, NDAs, MOUs and JV documentation Supporting data centre development legal matters: site acquisition, ground leases, substation/utility documents, power purchase agreements and grid procurement Advising on data centre regulatory and licensing requirements across APAC markets Data privacy compliance across applicable APAC jurisd...
