Responsibilities Reporting to the legal leadership team, the successful candidate will provide legal and corporate governance support to the Singapore business while collaborating with legal and business counterparts across international operations. The role involves advising on commercial and strategic matters, supporting complex M&A and business initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing legal risks, engaging with senior stakeholders on key projects, and overseeing external counsel and legal budgets where required.
