Job Description
- Provide legal advice on the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, career development, termination)
- Handle and coordinate litigation and contentious matters
- Act as a key interface with external lawyers
- Support HR and management with strategic legal guidance
- Draft legal opinions and contribute to decision-making processes
- Work on individual cases and complex HR issues
- Participate in transversal projects and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Master's degree in Belgian Law
- From 5 years of experience in employment/social law
- Strong interest or experience in litigation and HR advisory
- Knowledge of administrative law is a strong asset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic advice
- Dutch fluent + professional level of French
