Legal Counsel – Your future role?
As a Legal Counsel in Vernier, you will support the business on all legal matters, providing advice on a broad range of issues with a particular focus on commercial agreements, drafting and negotiation of key commercial contracts. You will work closely with the business to help achieve objectives according to corporate guidelines and relevant law.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to the fragrance and flavours divisions worldwide and to the corporate functions.
- Negotiate and draft all types of agreements between the company and its partners.
- Review the legal aspects of multiple documents, guidelines and procedures used internally and externally.
- Handle claims and litigation.
- Co‑operate with outside counsel where required.
Qualifications
- Master of Law and admitted to the bar.
