- Advise on deal‑contingent hedging strategies and related swap transactions
- Review and analyze M&A documentation, including asset purchase agreements, NDAs, and commitment letters
- Evaluate credit agreements and transaction documents for project finance deals
- Counsel on securities law matters and support ongoing structured note programs
