Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on IP matters (trademarks, copyrights, licensing, enforcement)
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (licensing, SaaS, distribution, NDAs)
- Manage IP portfolio and support product/branding initiatives
- Support corporate transactions (M&A, JVs, investments) and due diligence
- Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Singapore
- Experience across IP, commercial contracts, and corporate work
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially pragmatic and adaptable
