- You must have strong written and oral communication and drafting skills, good attention to detail and be able to exercise sound pragmatic judgement
- Admitted to practice in England and Wales
- 4+ years’ post qualification experience from a reputable law firm and in‑house experience
- Sound knowledge of commercial contracts including intellectual property and data protection provisions
- Experience of advising on M&A transactions, both domestic and cross border, from inception to post‑acquisition
- Experience of “bread and butter” corporate and company secretarial work to support the company secretarial function
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- A keen interest in AI innovation
- A collaborative and commercial negotiation style
