About the Role
We’re partnering with a global, innovation-driven organization at the forefront of clean technology and infrastructure, seeking a Legal Counsel, Manufacturing and Procurement to join its legal team.
This is a senior, highly visible role supporting critical engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions. You will act as a strategic legal partner, enabling the business to develop, source, and deliver complex products at scale across global markets.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the lead legal advisor to manufacturing, engineering, and procurement teams
- Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
- Manufacturing and supply agreements
- Strategic sourcing and procurement contracts
- Joint development and technology agreements
