Job Description
- Provide advice on various legal matters and perform legal review of contracts and other legal documents.
- Draft and review internal standard form documentation and manage the use of the standard form documentation.
- Manage and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
- Assist with litigation and disputes, particularly on non-performing credit asset workouts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and advise on legal risks associated with deals.
- Advise on the Bank's legal issues, services and more.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
