We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to provide expert technical legal advice and comprehensive support for our Thailand Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for navigating complex legal landscapes, ensuring corporate compliance, and partnering closely with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team and other key functions to facilitate timely and compliant business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Advisory: Deliver sound legal counsel on a wide range of operational issues, venture obligations, and compliance risks. Contract Management: Support SCM in the delivery of high-value and complex contracts, including Drilling Rig, EPC, and T&I agreements. This includes reviewing bidder exceptions, supporting negotiations, and approving final contract forms.
