**About Group Legal & Compliance**
In Group Legal & Compliance, we are responsible for providing legal advice to the business across a wide range of areas, including drafting and negotiating IT contracts with customers, participating in procurement processes, negotiating and entering into agreements with subcontractors, data protection, IP rights, and M&A processes - all with the aim to find the best possible solutions for EG.
Currently, the department consists of 14 full-time legal counsels located in Denmark (Aarhus and Ballerup) and India (Mangalore) with significant experience in IT law, procurement law, data protection law, M&A, company law and corporate governance. This gives you ...
