Job Description
Legal Counsel
Responsibilities
- Drafts, reviews and/or finalizes legal documents for legal proceedings related to corporate cases.
- Makes legal researches related to cases and to prepare or review corporate agreements for the corporation.
- Prepares pleadings, legal briefs, and all pertinent documents needed for litigation.
- Attends to litigation cases.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
- Must be a graduate of Bachelors of Laws or Juris Doctor.
- Keen attention to details.
- Highly analytical, resourceful.
- Excellent organizational & time management skills.
- Salary Negotiable
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
