Provide prompt and effective legal assistance to the Legal team with specific focus on Retail Banking.
Prepare clear and concise legal advice and documentation.
To support in managing and addressing various legal queries in a timely manner and be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Independently handle routine legal queries.
Interact with internal customers as required.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on retail banking products including deposits and investments, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, payments and money transfers, etc.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as facility offer letters, terms and conditions, amendments and renewal letters.
Support with addressing various queries from branch offices and ensure that the legal advice complies with internal Bank policies, applicable laws and regul...
