Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Provide full legal support to SP Group companies in both Singapore and overseas jurisdictions, in respect of a broad spectrum of matters, including but not limited to rendering legal advice and handling of agreements in respect of the following types of activities: Mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, including the structuring, negotiating and drafting of share / asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and other associated transaction documents; Business operations and activities that are subject to regulatory oversight; Infrastructure project development, including offtake agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, and operations and maintenance contracts, as well as issues and/or disputes arising from the same; Rooftop solar solutions; District cooling services and heating services; Establishment and operation of electric vehicle charging networks, microgrids and other renewable / sustainability solutio...
