In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, case updates, appointment scheduling, and general legal support functions. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information in a fast-paced legal environment. The Legal Customer Service Representative position is onsite, Monday - Friday: 8AM-5PM.
