Location - ALETA, Costa Blanca Spain Costa Blanca Investments is seeking an experienced Legal Department Manager to oversee and coordinate residential property transactions from reservation through to completion and post-sale administration. This role is critical in ensuring that every transaction is managed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with Spanish property regulations. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between clients, agents, notaries, architects, registries, and other professional stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate property transactions from reservation to completion. Prepare, review, and manage reservation agreements, deposit agreements (Arras contracts), fee acknowledgement agreements, and related transaction documentation.
