Key Responsibilities:
Build and oversee the Group's global legal governance framework, policies, and compliance standards. Serve as key legal advisor to senior management on corporate governance, global transactions, and strategic decisions. Lead complex cross-border deals including M&A, JV, strategic partnerships, IP licensing, and financing projects. Manage major overseas litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations. Establish and enhance global compliance systems (sanctions, export control, data privacy, antitrust, cybersecurity). Lead multi-jurisdiction negotiation teams and ensure sound risk management across global operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Law from a top-tier university; major jurisdiction Bar qualification preferred. 10+ years experience, including time in a top international law firm and senior in-house legal leadership role.
