A large group company in Dubai is looking to expand their legal team with a senior lawyer to focus on M&A and JVs
Description:
The business has a diverse portfolio and is extremely active in acquiring companies and setting up JVs with global brands.
Key requirements:
- 10 + PQE
- Must be common law qualified
- Must have significant Corporate M&A and JVs experience
- Ideally have worked at a top international law firm
- Ideally have experience with acquiring / establishing JVs with Tech businesses
This role is open to candidates already based in the UAE or overseas and willing to relocate.
