We are partnering with a leading multinational organisation to hire a Legal Executive / Legal Analyst to support its regional legal function across Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain a range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and internal policies
- Provide support on employment and labour law matters, including documentation and research
- Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions in APAC
- Assist with the preparation and review of commercial agreements
- Support transaction processes, including documentation, coordination, and execution
- Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal matters
- Maintain legal templates, contract databases, and knowledge resources
- Assist with day-to-day legal queries from business teams
