We are currently seeking a Legal Executive to provide a comprehensive range of support to the Company Secretary, playing a key role in ensuring that all company secretarial, corporate governance and compliance obligations are carried out effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities Maintain statutory registers and filings with Companies House and other relevant bodies. Prepare, coordinate and produce Board papers and minutes.
