Job Description
Terra Law is looking to hire one (2) Conveyancing Secretary in the Corporate Real Estate Practice.
The candidate should possess the following skills:
- 5 years' relevant experience in handling transactions involving the sale and purchase of both residential and non-residential land, JTC and URA land and developers work
- Experience in collective sale transactions will have an advantage
- Able to handle files competently from start to end
- Able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player, meticulous and well-organised
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
