About the role
The Sr. Director, Legal Innovation Partners is one of the most senior customer-facing leadership roles at NetDocuments. You will own the strategy, structure, and performance of the Legal Innovation Partner team – a group of senior practitioners embedded with NetDocuments’ most strategic law firm and legal department clients to drive AI adoption, transformation, and long-term retention.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the Legal Innovation Partner team, setting performance expectations, career development frameworks, and a culture of client‑first excellence
- Own a portfolio of strategic client relationships at the Sr. Director level, personally driving renewal, expansion, and executive‑level engagement with firm leadership, CIOs, and innovation partners
