Legal Intern
We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our Legal Department in an opportunity focused on learning and professional development within a dynamic and collaborative corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Legal Department in day-to-day activities and administrative routines
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts, powers of attorney, corporate documents, notifications, and other legal documents
- Prepare reports and organize legal documentationSupport internal legal consultations across different areas of law
- Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings
- Liaise with external law firms and third-party partners
- Conduct legal, legislative, and jurisprudential research
- Assist with other activities related to the Legal Department as needed
