Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1.
Regional Legal Support Provide legal support to corporate functions across multiple Asian jurisdictions (e.g. Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, India, Southeast Asia). Assist the Regional Head of Legal in project management initiatives to optimize the efficiency of local legal heads.
2.
Contract Review & Management Draft, review, and negotiate Global or regional scope commercial agreements, including: NDAs Templates Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and local legal requirements.

Corporate & Governance Matters Support corporate governance for regional entities, including: Board and committee documentation Corporate filings and registers Support Regional Legal Head in corporate restructuring projects Ensure restructurings comply with internal policies and local legal requirements
