Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on regulatory, compliance, and tech law issues.
- Draft and review contracts, NDAs, IP rights, and other legal documents using tools like Odoo.
- Support SME clients with licensing, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare clear summaries, reports, and internal memos for the Legal team.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law (interest in tech law preferred).
- Strong legal writing, documentation, and research skills.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of Malaysian regulatory frameworks, PDPA, IP, or tech-related regulations.
- Familiarity with contract drafting and compliance processes.
- Experience with digital tools like Odoo’s Document Management.
